Thursday, January 10th
Private lessons available Thursday afternoon!
6:30 – 8:30 pm – Special Workshop: Training for advanced couples.
Attendees will work intensively with a partner and investigate together fundamental techniques to create more Harmony, Connection and Swing.
$60 fee per couple – (Not part of the weekend workshop package.)
Space is restricted to 10 couples. Please

Friday, January 11th
Private lessons available Friday afternoon!
6:30 – 8:00 pm – Workshop 1 – Making Waves – Deepening the fundamentals through fluidity and organic movement.
8:30 – 11:30 – Opening milonga. 80/20 (Trad/Alt)
Saturday, January 12th
1:30 – 3:00 pm – Workshop 2 – Getting the Groove – Physical excercises to prepare the body for dance and improving tango skills.
3:30 – 5:30 pm – Workshop 3 – Circles and Vals – Using leaders circular weight shifts to activate the hips of the follower and leading into flowing vals sequences.
8:00 – 9:00 pm – Introductory class taught by local instructors.
9:00 – 2:00 pm – Grand Milonga. (90/10 (Trad/Alt) earlier – 70/30 later)
Sunday, January 13th
1:00 – 2:30 pm – Workshop 4 – Breathing, Listening, Noticing – The meditative way to tango Zen. Finding the harmony in the couple through the natural expansion and contraction of teh breath in the body.
3:00 – 4:30 pm – Workshop 5 – The Invisible Lead – Anticipating, synchronizing and delaying as tools for instantaneous leading, working towards “Instant Colgadas”.
6:00 – Potluck BBQ – farewell dinner.

Can you volunteer during the weekend, help set-up, clean-up or register folks or want to bring food for the Potluck?
Private sessions with Michelle are available on a first come, first serve basis.
She charges $100 for 1 hour for up to 4 people. For five or six people the charge is $25 each.
